At Ricardo Seco Shop, our products are crafted with care, customized, and printed on demand. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But, making our customers happy is super important. If your order has any issues, rest assured we’ll offer a refund or send a replacement. 2. REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

Our replacement and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Regrettably, we cannot provide replacements or refunds if 30 days have lapsed since your purchase.

When making a purchase, please be informed that you are agreeing to the terms listed below:

Due to the unique nature of our items, we only offer replacements or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered items significantly deviate from the provided description or preview.
  • The product suffers damage due to our production process or during shipment.
  • The received product doesn’t match the one you ordered.

In situations not listed above, we might provide a partial refund (excluding the shipping fee).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Products bought during promotions or sales are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • We generally DO NOT entertain refunds or replacements due to errors on the customer’s part, such as selecting incorrect sizes, designs, or colors. Please review your order with care before finalizing to ensure all details are correct.
  • There might be a 10% variance between the product images showcased and the actual item received, primarily due to photo lighting or monitor display differences.

CLAIM PROCEDURE:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo evidence of the defective product
    • For printing errors, please attach photographs highlighting the issue.
    • For size or placement discrepancies, include photos with a measuring tape or ruler to show the problem.
    • If items are missing, provide a picture of the received package, especially the shipping label, for our team’s reference.
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Our support team will assess the materials you provide. If your item qualifies, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge. In rare instances where sending a replacement isn’t feasible, we will refund the total cost of the product, including shipping.
