Shipping Costs:

  • Orders below $100 have a shipping charge of $6.95.
  • Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders over $100.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Production Time: 2 – 3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 4 – 7 business days

Please Keep in Mind:

  • While most orders are processed and dispatched within the specified timeframe, some might take longer. Each order’s duration can vary based on specific circumstances.
  • For international deliveries: Customs processing might lead to additional delays. We cannot influence customs procedures and apologize for any inconvenience due to such delays.

TRACK ORDER:

  • After 3-5 business days of dispatch, carriers will include your package details in their system.
  • If tracking doesn’t show data immediately, it just means the carrier hasn’t scanned your package yet.

Tracking Statuses Explained:

  • Confirmed: Your order is created but not yet shipped.
  • On its way: Your order has been dispatched and is en route.
  • Out for delivery: Your package is nearby and will reach you shortly.
  • Delivered: Carrier confirms the order delivery.
  • Attempted delivery: Carrier tried to deliver, but couldn’t.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

  • If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, email us within 6 hours of placing the order to rectify it. Please mention your order number in the email.

Double-check your address since:

  1. Detected errors might need address updates from you, causing delivery delays.
  2. We won’t be responsible if an order is delivered to an incorrect address or gets returned. (Returned items are donated to our warehouse.)
  3. If you ask the carrier to reroute your package after it’s dispatched, we aren’t responsible for any misplacement, theft, or damages.

REPORT A DELIVERY ISSUE:

  • If you encounter any delivery problems or if your package hasn’t arrived past the estimated date, please report within 30 business days of the order date to qualify for credit or a replacement.
